Business breakfast of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Belgium and Luxembourg

On December 10, KELIA Business Club hosted a business breakfast of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Belgium and Luxembourg with Andrey Tsyganov, Deputy Head of the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service.

In the FAS of Russia Andrey Tsyganov supervises the control of the agro-industrial complex, international economic cooperation, control of foreign investments in economic companies that are of strategic importance for the defense of the country and the security of the state.

He is actively involved in legislative activities.

Represents the Federal Antimonopoly Service at international events within the EAEC, BRICS, APEC, OECD, ISS, UIA and UNCTAD, conducts bilateral negotiations on behalf of the FAS with heads of foreign competition agencies.
